One Calls of America ONE CALLS OF AMERICA, INC. is a cooperative, incorporated in the State of Ohio. Our Board of Directors, consisting of not less than 6, nor more than 9 Members, elected by our membership at large, manages the business, personal staff, property and affairs of the Corporation. This group is currently made up of 21 Members . Our membership consists of all sizes of One-Call systems from across the country. Membership is open to any non-profit one-call center, who agrees to be bound by the bylaws. Our objective is to identify and enter into cost-saving arrangements with the telephone companies, insurance companies and other vendors that would provide low cost and high quality service for the members of the Corporation.
